About Jobs Portfolio
What is Jobs Portfolio?
Quite simply 'Jobs Portfolio' is a system that allows you to apply for multiple jobs in one go. Each job you add to the portfolio is stored until you are ready to apply for all the jobs you are interested in. This saves you time filling in forms each time and saves us time processing your details.
How to use Jobs Portfolio?
Each time you find a job you would like to apply for you are given an option 'Add to Jobs Portfolio'. Clicking this will add your job into a temporary list inside 'Jobs Portfolio'.
You now have two options:
- You can apply for this job and finish your application process
- You can look for more jobs to add to this list in 'Jobs Portfolio' and then apply for all of them.
Applying for your chosen job/s
Once you have made your choice of job/s and want to apply select the 'Apply for All' button on the bottom of the normal pages or from within the 'Jobs Portfolio' page.
You will be directed to form where you will need to complete general personal details and where you will be asked to attach a CV (in Word Format) or to copy and paste your CV into a text field (if you cannot supply it in MS Word format).
Once you have completed all the required fields (Marked with an '*') click the 'Send' button to apply.
Your details will be sent to Pertemps Recruitment Solutions and our team will process your details and get in touch to discuss the next stages of your application.
Adding more jobs to the list
Should you choose to add more jobs to the list just use the search panel and locate jobs that interest you.
You will notice that at the foot of any of the search results pages or jobs detail pages a Small 'Jobs Portfolio' panel appears showing you how many jobs you have in your portfolio. You will also see 2 options allowing you to 'View Portfolio' (review the jobs you have chosen) and 'Apply for All' (Apply for all jobs chosen so far)
Each time you add to the portfolio you will be shown the jobs stored in the portfolio. You can delete a job from the portfolio by clicking on the red 'X' next to each entry.
