We require a confident, hard working individual to work in a prestigious local golf club for a permanent weekend position.
In the roll of a Chef de Partie you will be assisting the Head/Sous Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. You will be running your own section,either the hots or the cold and catering for up to 200 covers per day.
Mostly working on functions and private parties the ideal applicant will have an experience of fine dinning and have an excellent eye for detail.
