We urgently require an experienced Service Manager to joint this Learning Disabilities Partnership.
You will be directly managing a staff team of 5 and will be responsible over all for 45 people. You will also have a responsibility for a budget. Previous experience managing a large team would be an advantage. A degree or other relevant professional qualification required also a management qualification is required.
Your job will be to manage the combined supported living service for Adults with Learning Disabilities. Also to ensure the development and implementation of appropriate professional accountability and clinical supervision for all clinical staff.
The main responsibilities in this job roll would be to act as budget holder for the identified LA and PCT budgets and manage this within the respective schemes of delegation and financial regulation. Also to manage a range of services across a number of differing locations.
You will be responsible to support the review of assesment and treatment services. The community focus for this roll will be to ensure that the services have a community focus and reflect the views and diversity of needs of people who are service users.
The people Management side of the job will be to deal effectively with performance and other work related issues. Also to recognise, value and meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
You will also have to ensure that all staff members and partners are communicated with clearly and effectively and to ensure outcomes for self and others are delivered in a professional and timely way. |
